1 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt

Sauce:
1/4 wine vinegar
1/2 c chili sauce
1 T worchesteshire sauce
1 T sugar
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp chili powder
1 clove garlic

Directions:

Shape the meat into 1 inch balls and brown on all sides.
Or buy them pre-made (ask Uncle Mike where he gets them)

Sauce:
Mix all ingredients in a pot and bring to gentle boil.
Pour sauce over meatballs.
