3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 pkg. (4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 T. butter or margarine, softened
5-6 fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. plus 1 T. sugar, divided
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the flour, pudding mix and salt in a med. bowl and mix well. Add the milk, egg and butter; stir until blended. Pat over the bottom and sides of a greased 9 or 10 inch round baking dish. Arrange the peach slices over the prepared layer. Beat the cream cheese and 1/2 c. of the sugar. Spread over the peaches. Sprinkle with a mixture of the remaining 1 T. sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Let stand until cool. Chill, covered in the refrigerator.
