½ c sugar
½ c firmly packed brown sugar
½ c butter, softened
½ cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
1¾ c flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ sugar (to roll dough in)

Directions:
Combine ½ c sugar, brown sugar, butter, and peanut butter. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, and salt. Continue beating until well-mixed.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls (if dough is too soft refrigerate for 30-60 min). Roll balls in ¼ sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake 8-10 min or until very lightly golden brown. Immediately press 1 Kiss in center of each cookie. Remove and place cooling racks.
