1 can (15-16 oz.) of salmon
Milk
1 egg
1.5 cup soft breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated onion (fine)
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain liquid from canned salmon into a "1-cup" measuring cup.
Add milk to the drained liquid only to the point of making a total amount of 3/4 cup liquid.

2. Remove bone and skin from salmon, and flake the salmon good.

3. Add in egg, mix well. Stir in rest of ingredients.

4. Spoon in lightly (DO NOT PACK) into loaf pan or 1 qt. baking dish.

5. Bake for 45 minutes.

This was Grandma Debbie's original recipe. I did not want to alter it, but just so you know, I like to add diced up celery and Cajun spice to my own version.
