1 cup pumpkin
1 beaten egg
½ cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, egg, oil and sugar.
In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking POWDER, salt and cinnamon. Add to the first mixture.
In a small container, mix the baking SODA and milk together, and then add in with other ingredients. Stir in vanilla and chips.
Use a cookie scoop to portion onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º F for about 11 minutes. Don’t undercook.
