1 C. butter
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. almond extract
2 C. flour
2 C. toasted pecans (350º in oven for 5 to 7 minutes, let cool.)
in 6 heaping tbsp. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and add sugar, cream well. Add vanilla, almond extract, flour, and nuts (chopped). Make balls. Put in oven on top rack and bake 375º for 15 to 17 minutes. While still warm roll in powdered sugar, cool completely before serving.
