½ cup butter, melted
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
12 oz. whipped cream or Cool Whip
2 small pkg. chocolate pudding
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
First layer: Mix butter, flour and pecans. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Cool.

Second layer: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup whipped cream. Spread on first layer.

Third layer: Mix pudding and milk and spread evenly over last layer.

Fourth layer: Spread the rest of whippped cream on top. Cover and chill several hours.
