1 cup sliced rhubarb
3 cups strawberries, mashed
5½ cups sugar
1/2 tsp butter
1 pkg sure gel

Directions:
Directions:
Add sure gel and butter to the fruit. mix well. Put into space pan and bring to a boil.
Add sugar bring back to rolling boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heated stir about 5 minutes to keep foam off.
Put into jars and keep in the refrigerator.
