Ingredients:

1 pkg Petridge Farms Herbed Dressing mix
1 onion diced
3 stalks of celery diced
1/2 c butter
2 c chicken broth (homemade is best)
2 T poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Make cornbread according to instructions. Let cool completely and then crumble by hand.

Add to a large bowl. Add pkg of herbed dressing.

Melt butter in skillet. Add celery and onions to melted butter. Sauté until tender. Add poultry seasoning and stir.

Add celery mixture to bread and cornbread mixture.

Slowly add chicken broth until moist. Do not over mix. The mixture needs to remain in small pieces.

Add 1/2 C of Turkey drippings, if you have them. This is the secret to great flavored dressing.

Place mixture in a 13x9 pan. Cook until hot about 30 minutes.

Personal Notes:
I add 3 chopped boiled eggs to the dressing. I will cook a chicken overnight in the crook pot. Just add water to cover, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning to taste. Add a rough chopped celery and onion. Cook on low all night. This will make your broth for dress and liquid for gravy.
