½ cup soft butter
1 cup and 2 tbsp. flour (divided)
½ cup powder sugar
1 cup sugar
½ tsp baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, 1 cup flour, and powdered sugar and pat in the bottom of an 8 inch square pan.
Bake at 350º for 15 min.
Mix sugar, 2 Tbsp flour, and baking powder.
Add eggs and lemon juice. Spread over crust.
Bake 25 min longer.
Frost with a powdered sugar and lemon juice glaze
