1 cup (9oz) peanut butter
¼ cup butter at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cup powdered sugar
½ cup flour
1 cup (6oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Line 2 cookie sheets with waxed paper.
Beat peanut butter, butter, and vanilla with mixer until smooth.
Gradually beat in sugar and flour until well-blended.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Melt chocolate.
Spear 1 ball @ a time and then dip in melted chocolate and place on waxed paper to cool.
