12-14 lb smoked ham
12 cloves
1 small jar orange marmalade
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse ham thoroughly and remove skin and part of the fat between the skin and the ham. Boil ham in large pot for one hour or soak ham for three hours in hot water. This will eliminate some of the salty taste that comes from the cured process. Place ham in baking dish and score ham. Mix orange marmalade and vinegar together. Spread mixture over ham. Place cloves in the middle of the scored squares on the ham. Bake at 450º for one hour. Remove cover and continue baking for 15-20 minutes or until glaze forms a slight crust.
