1 lb. cooked ham, either thick sliced from the deli or leftover, cut in chunks
1 small onion, roughly chopped
3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut in quarters
⅓ c.mayonnaise
⅓ c. Miracle Whip
2 T. spicy mustard, such as creole or Dijon
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. lemon juice

1. Combine ham, onion and eggs in food processor. Pulse until chopped to desired consistency. I like it a bit chunky.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium boil and mix well. Fold in ham mixture.
3. Chill at least 2 hours.
