1 box cherry tomatoes, chopped small
2 tsp. salt
½ c. finely chopped red onion
2 T. fresh lime juice
2 T. fresh cilantro, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
½ tsp. sugar
1 jalapeno, minced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place tomatoes and salt in a medium bowl. Let stand at room temperature until tomatoes release their juice. About 10 -30 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill to meld flavors. May be served at room temperature.
