Shrimp Tacos:
2 lbs. shrimp, cleaned without tails
¼ c. fresh lime juice
¼ c. soy sauce or white miso
2 T. honey
2 T. grated ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp.crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 T. olive oil
1 large yellow, orange or red pepper, cut into strpis
1 c. pea pods, sliced diagnonally
Flour or corn tortillas
Garnishes: lime wedges, jalapenos sliced in rings, scallions sliced diagonally, radishes julienned

Slaw:
1 package cole slaw mix
½ package shredded carrots
¾ c. snipped cilantro
½ c. mayonnaise
1 T. Sriracha sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. honey
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together shrimp and next seven ingredients (through cornstarch) and marinade for 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile prepare slaw. Mix cole slaw, carrots, and cilantro together in medium bowl. Mix remaining ingredients for dressing in a small bowl then add to slaw mixture. Combine thoroughly and refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high. Remove shrimp from marinade, add to skillet along with vegetables and saute until shrimp are just beginning to turn opaque. Add marinade and continue to cook until shrimp are done, veggies have softened a bit and sauce thickens.
4. Serve with tortillas and garnishes of your choice. Slaw may be served as a side dish or as part of the taco.
