1 T. finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 T. olive oil
1 tsp. chili powder
¾ tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
10 oz whole almonds (about 2 cups)

1. Preheat oven 325º.
2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
3. Arrange nut mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly toasted.
5. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
