3 -4 cups rhubarb
2 eggs
1 - 1½ cup sugar
3 Tbs. flour


Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425°.

Mix sugar, eggs and flour. Mix lightly through rhubarb. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Cover with top crust that has slits cut in it. Sprinkle with sugar. Seal and flute.
Cover with 1½ strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning. Bake 40 to 50 min.
