1/2 t. celery salt
1/2 t. onion salt
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. pepper
1 5-6 lb. brisket
1/2 c. Worcestershire Sauce
3 T. Liquid Smoke
1 18 oz. bottle BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 4 ingredients; sprinkle on brisket. Place brisket in foil; place in shallow pan. Combine Worcestershire and Liquid Smoke, pour over brisket. Cover and marinate 12 hours. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 4 1/2 hours. Drain, reserving 1 cup drippings. Pour over brisket, bake, uncovered for 30 minutes. Slice diagonal across in thin slices.
