Directions:
Chop malted milk balls coarsely. In medium bowl combine flour, sugar, malt powder and cocoa. Cut in butter with pastry blender until crumbly. Combine egg yolk and water and stir into flour mixture. Knead into ball. Cover and chill 30-60 minutes until easy to handle. Shape into 24 balls and press into bottom and up sides of ungreased mini muffin pans. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and press center with back of spoon to make dent. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack. Cool completely. Make filling by beating butter until soft and creamy. Beat in marshmallow cream and vanilla. Beat in half of powdered sugar & 1 T milk until smooth. Beat in remaining powdered sugar and enough milk to make piping consistancy. Pipe into centers of cups and top with chopped malted milk balls.
