1 Tbs sugar
1 ½ tsp cumin
1 ½ tsp cayenne
1 ¼ tsp salt

1/2 lb walnut halves
1/2 lb pecan halves
1/2 lb unsalted cashews
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and spices and set aside.
Spread nuts in single layer on rimmed cookie sheet and roast nuts at 375 ºfor about 7 minutes (shake sheet to prevent sticking and browning)
Toss with oil and immediately add spices, tossing until well mixed.
Serve warm, or cool completely for storage
Can be frozen up to 1 month
