1 1/2 to 2 lbs cubed pork
2 cans Rotel hot green chilis and tomatoes
flour (a few TBSP)
garlic salt to taste
canola oil (a few TBSP)
roasted and diced green chilis to taste
roasted and diced jalapenos to taste
water or chicken broth or both

Directions:
Directions:
Brown diced pork in oil and garlic salt. Add flour and brown. Pour in cans of Rotel and add water and or chicken broth. Dice and add green chilis and jalapenos to taste. Let simmer as long as possible

When Grandma Ruby taught me to make this, she did not have measurements for anything. She always said,
"just add a little of this, or a little of that."
