2 lbs green beans (washed and trimmed)
2 qts water
3 Tbs coarse salt

2 tsp mustard seed
2 tsp dill weed
1 tsp red chili peppers
1 tsp dill seed
4 cloves garlic, peeled

2 cups water
2 cups white vinegar
2/3 cups sugar
2 Tbs salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain
While beans are cooking, put spices in a big bowl; add drained beans and set aside.
Boil together water, vinegar, sugar and salt. Add to beans and spices.
