The Broth:
6 chicken legs, 2 carrots, 2 celery stalks
1 Onion
2 Garlic

The Soup:
Use the broth that you have made
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion chopped
1 -2 cloves garlic chopped
3 carrots chopped
Chopped chicken from the legs
Small egg noodles - about 1 cup.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chopped Parsley

The Broth:
Boil the broth ingredients together for about two hours - the meat should be falling off the bone. Strain the broth.

The Soup:
Add the olive oil to your soup pot and fry the chopped onion and garlic until the onion is translucent. Add the carrots and chicken pieces. Add the broth to about 2/3 full. Bring to the boil and cook for about 20 mins. Add the egg noodles and cook for an additional 10 mins. Add the salt and pepper to you liking and the chopped parsley.
