1 ½ C cooked canned pumpkin
½ C brown sugar
½ C sugar
½ tsp each: salt, ginger and nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs, slightly beaten
¾ C evaporated milk
1 C milk
9" pastry lined pan

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together pumpkin, sugars, salt and spices.

2. In separate bowl, mix together egg and milks.

3. Slowly add egg mixture into pumpkin mixture until well blended. Pour into pastry.

4. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325º for 50 minutes, or until mixture is set. You can insert a knife and withdraw without mixture adhering.
