1 cup Crisco shortening (golden flavour)
1 cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 egg
2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a large bowl, cream together Crisco, white sugar and brown sugar. Blend in egg and vanilla.
In a seperate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture slowly. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tspful on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on sheet for 1 minute then remove to cooling rack to finish cooling.
