2 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. Milk
1 c. sifted flour
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
2 heaping tsp. baking powder

Beat egg whites stiff
Melt butter
Add egg yolks and milk to melted butter
Add dry ingredients
Fold in egg whites
