4 c. peeled chopped tomatoes
2 c. chopped long green peppers
1 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
1 c. chopped onion
1 ½ tsp. salt
3 or 4 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ c. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in a large sauce pan
Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes
Pour into hot jars leaving ¼” head space
Process 30 minutes in a boiling water bath
