1 pkg. chocolate bits 6 tsp. cold water 2 egg yolks 1 pt. whipping cream 1 T. powdered sugar 2 egg whites 1 long angel food cake
Put chocolate bits and water in double boiler and melt. Add beaten egg yolks. Let stand until cold. Add well beaten egg whites. Fold in whipped cream. Line pan with alternate layer of angel food and custard until all is used. Top with whipped cream and cherry.
