3 eggs
2 c. milk
¼ c. sugar
Beat together

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Sift together
Directions:
Directions:
Add to liquid mixture
Beat until smooth
Drop from funnel into deep fryer, swirling in a circle
Fry until golden brown
Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon and sugar
