Add 1 c. milk
1 tsp. vinegar
Alternately with flour mixture
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda (level tsp.)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Mix together
Directions:

Add enough flour to make soft dough
Roll and cut
Bake at 375
