6 c flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking Soda
1 tsp ginger
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp all spice
1 c melted shortening
2 c of molasses
4 T warm water
2 eggs beaten


Directions:
Directions:
Add all dry ingredients together, than add liquids in a separate bowl. Gradually add liquid to dry ingredients. Spread some flour on counter and the batter is too sticky add more flour. Roll the dough to about 1/2 to 3/4 inch bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes and remove onto cooling rack
