2 c sugar
2 c butter, softened
2 eggs
2 c buttermilk
4 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
cinnamon & nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Roll out to 1/2 thickness on floured surface, Cut into doughnut or doughnut hole shapes. Drop into heated oil-cook until lightly golden. Flip and cook other side.

Drain on paper towels or paper bag.

Coat in cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar or frosting.
