1 c. sugar
1 c butter
2 eggs
1 c buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
4 c flour
6-8 Tbsp cinnamon
6-8 Tbsp nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, eggs, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in blender. Mix in rest of ingredients, adding more flour to make dough stiff and roll able. Add more cinnamon and nutmeg if desired to suite taste. Roll out to 1/4-1/2 inch thickness on floured surface.and cut out shapes. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350º 10-12 min
