bacon 1pd.
cream cheese 1 8oz pk
mushrooms 2 small or 1 lg pack fresh mushrooms
soy sauce1c.
2T.butter
Directions:
Directions:
fry bacon crisp .drain..then crumble
mix bacon,cream cheese,hollow out mushrooms.stuff with mixture,pour soy sauce over..add butter to center of pan,cover with foil,bake...350 till mushrooms r tender
