1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
3 cups flour
1 t baking powder
1 t salt
2 cups mini pretzels, broken
1 ½ cup flaked coconut
1 ½ cups chocolate chips or M&M’s

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl whisk dry ingredients. Gradually beat into creamed mixture. Fold in remaining ingredients. Scoop ¼ cup sized lumps of dough and roll in balls. Place 3 inches apart on parchment paper lined sheets and bake at 350º for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
