8 lbs. shrimp with shell
3 lemons
3 full head garlic, separated into cloves and peeled
3 onions
1 (26 oz) box of salt
3 (3 oz) bag crab boil
1 T. cayenne pepper (optional)
6-8 large bay leaves
2-3 lbs. new potatoes
6-12 ear corn

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot boil 3-4 gallons of water. Add lemons, squeeze juice into water, then add all of the lemon. Add garlic, onion, salt, crab boil, bay leaves, cayenne pepper, Place potatoes in wire basket and place basket in pot. Bring water to full rolling boil. Boil for 30 minutes. After 30 minute add sausage and corn to the basket. After 5 minutes add shrimp. Bring water back to hard boil for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and let shrimp soak 10-15 minutes. Pull basket out and drain. Pour contents of basket on newpaper or banana leaf.
