1 lb. gr. beef 1/2 c chopped onion 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp salt 2 4oz cans chopped green chilis 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese 4 beaten eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp salt dash pepper tabasco sauce
In skillet brown beef and onion. Drain off fat.Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Mix in green chilis. Place in 10x6x1 1/2 baking dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly over meat. Combine remaining ingred. and beat til smooth. Pour over cheese and meat. Bake 350 for 40 to 45 min Cut into squares and serve with hot tortillas
