3 c. dry pinto beans soaked over night in soda water.
1 med. onion chopped
3 lbs. stew meat cut into small pieces
1 tsp woechestershire sauce
3 garlic cloves crushed
3 or 4 tsp. red chili powder
2 T. taco seasoning mix
Salt and pepper to taste
dash of tabasco sauce

Place all ingred. in lg. crock pot.
Add water to cover.
Cook 10 to 12 hrs. or overnite.
Stir occasionally
Add boiling water as needed.
Great dish for church suppers or barbecues.

Can also use sausage or ham as meat.
