1 bag of fresh cranberries
3/4 c water
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 - 1/2 tsp clove
1/4 - 1/2 tsp ginger
1 to 1 1/2 tsp Saigon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 cup splenda
1/2 c sugar free maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, add water, vinegar, ginger, clove, nutmeg, splenda and maple syrup
Bring to a bowl over medium/high heat

Add cinnamon and salt just before adding entire bag of cranberries
Turn heat down to medium (or lower if needed) simmer uncovered ~15 minutes (cranberries will pop when cooking)
Let cool then transfer to covered container and chill in fridge until cold
