Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (16.5 oz) roll refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough (sugar cookie dough can be used if it is all you can find)
48 peanut butter cup miniatures

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350º. Remove the wrappers from the peanut butter cups. Grease enough mini muffin pans with cooking spray for 48 cookies. Cut your dough into 12 slices and each slice into four sections (48 total). Roll each section into a ball. Add 1 ball of cookie dough to each mini muffin spot. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Do not let them get too brown. Immediately press one peanut butter miniature into each cookie cup as soon as they come out of the oven. Allow the cookie cups to completely cool in the baking pans. They will be firmer and easier to handle. You might need to use a little knife around the sides to loosen and lift out. Store in airtight container. Enjoy!
