1-½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups chopped nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
3 cup flour
2 tsp vanilla
3 cup apples (pared)

Cook at 325º for 1-½ hours (1 hour of glass baking dish).
