Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 or 3 lbs eye round
salt
pepper
garlic powder
parsley

Gravy:
2 tbsp flour
cold water
gravy master
2 cups hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley to eye round. Place in roasting pan with a little water. Cook at 350 degrees for about 3 hours or until done. Add a little water if needed when pan dries out. When cooked, take meat out and cover.

Gravy: Put pan on stove. Melt flour in cold water. Use a little gravy master in pan. Add flour watching so it doesn't get lumpy. Add 2 cups of hot water and simmer. The browner the pan is the nicer the gravy comes out.

Don't use corning ware to roast in, it's very hard to brown in corning ware.
