⅔ C. Cocoa
3 C. Sugar
⅛ tsp. Salt
1½ C. Milk
¼ C. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pot mix cocoa, sugar, salt and milk. Heat to a soft ball stage stirring as little as possible. Remove form heat and add butter and vanilla. Place pan in a sink of cold water and stir until fudge is thick and just before it starts to harden. Pour into a buttered plate or pan. Allow to cool until hard.
