1 crust
3 eggs
3 T milk2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp nutmeg
3 or 4 cups red rhubarb
Pinch of salt
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Beat eggs. Add milk, sugar, flour, nutmeg, salt and rhubarb. Pour into a 10 inch pastry lined pan. Dot with butter and cover with top crust. Cut slits in top crust. Bake 375º for 60 minutes. Be sure the filling is bubbling before taking it from the oven.
Microwave hint: If pastry is done and filling isn’t, you can finish your pies by popping them in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
