1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain & wild rice
2 c. water or chicken broth
seasoging pkg from rice
8 oz. can mushrooms ( or 1 c. sliced fresh mush)
4 oz. jar dried beef, cut in strips
8-10 chicken thighs
1 can mushroom soup
bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, seasonings, soup, liquid and mushrooms in a bowl.
Spread in 8X13 oven proof dish. Spread dried beef over this.
Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each piece of chicken and
place on top of dried beef. Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered, and
1 hr. unclovered.
