4 Italian Sausage Links, hot or mild
1 small Yellow Onion, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
2 Tsp. Dried Basil
4 cups Chicken Broth
1 28oz. can Diced Tomatoes, undrained
1 small can Tomato Sauce
1 cup V-8 juice
1 1/2 cup dry Pasta--bowties, twists
Grated Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheeses

Directions:
Directions:
Remove casings from sausage and cut into 1" pieces. If you oil your knife blade, it won't stick.

Brown lightly in stainless dutch oven, breaking up a little as they brown. Add onion and garlic. Cook an additional 5 minutes. Do NOT remove grease.

Add rest of ingredients, except cheese. Simmer about 30 minutes. Bring to a slow boil. Add pasta and cook until tender.

Add soup to individual bowls and add cheese.
