1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 c. oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp.cinnamon
2 c. eggnog ice cream(HEB)
1/4 c. choc. syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the raw tortillas in half and set aside.Heat oil in a large skillet over med heat for 4 min. .Meanwhile combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
Fry tortillas for 5 seconds on each side and drain on paper towels and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place 2 or 3 tortillas on serving plate and top with 1 or 2 scoops ice cream. Top each with 1 T. choc.
