¾ cup Butter flavored Crisco
1¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
⅓ cup milk
1½ teaspoon vanilla
3 cups Quaker Oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease cookie sheet with butter Crisco.
Combine Crisco, sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until blended. Combine oats, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix into cream mixture at low speed. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 2½ dozen.
