Garlic
Marg
potatoes
cilantro chopped
parsley flakes
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes.
Mix garlic and butter to your taste.( I like lots of garlic on this)
Pour over potatoes and mix well.
Add some chopped cilantro and mix.
Put in baking pan and add some chopped parsley.
Bake at 350 approx 1 hr.
Top with shredded cheese about 10 min before removing from oven.
