1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
2 c. quick oats
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugars in one large mixing bowl. Add vanilla and eggs to above. Mix until creamed. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to above mix until well-blended. Stir in quick oats and chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets or spread in 14" x 17" x 1" baking pan. Bake 15 - 20 minutes in 350º oven. Let cool and cut into squares.
